KELZAN S PLUS

KELZAN S PLUS is an industrial grade xanthan gum that can be easily dispersed in water. It controls the flow of liquids on vertical and inclined surfaces and prevents phase separation in suspensions. These properties make KELZAN S PLUS ideal for applications where stability, suspension and viscosity control are important. As a thickening agent, KELZAN S PLUS ensures products remain free-flowing throughout their shelf-life and enhances stability. It can be added at low levels, typically 0.1-0.5%, to provide these benefits cost effectively. KELZAN S PLUS has also been shown to improve workability and extend open times for products.
