GENUVISCO CARRAGEENAN TPH 1

GENUVISCO® TPH-1 is a natural hydrocolloid thickener without any addition of sugar or gelling salts. As an Iota carrageenan, GENUVISCO® TPH-1 provides excellent thickening and compatibility properties. It can be used at 0.5-1.2% levels in formulations where a hot manufacturing process is required. GENUVISCO® TPH-1 ensures smooth, creamy textures and long-lasting viscosity in products. As a multifunctional ingredient, it also improves suspension and stability of formulations.
