KELCO-VIS DG

KELCO-VIS DG is a Diutan Gum produced by fermentation for use in a variety of industrial applications. KELCO-VIS DG imparts high solution viscosity at low gum concentrations and has pseudoplastic rheology profile providing low viscosity at high shear rates and high viscosity at low shear rates. It exhibits little solution viscosity change over a wide temperature range and is stable in caustic conditions. KELCO-VIS DG provides excellent suspensions and emulsions, controls flow on vertical and inclined surfaces, and is not degraded by high-shear processes. It exhibits low viscosity while processing and improves shelf life stability of products.
