GENUVISCO CARRAGEENAN CI-123
GENUVISCO® Carrageenan Type CI-123 is a carrageenan, an anionic, cold-water-soluble biopolymer. It forms a structured (visco-elastic) liquid when an anionic surfactant is added to a cold solution, and forms a clear gel when a hot solution containing added salts is cooled. It is elastic and has high water-binding capacity.
